What is your shipping policy?

Currently, we offer standard ground shipping through USPS. We will ship anywhere in the United States. Sorry, no international shipping yet. We're working on it!

Please allow 5 business days for your order to process. You will receive email updates once your order is fulfilled and shipped! If you have any concerns, please email us at bornwithatailco@gmail.com.

How do I make a return?

Send us an email at bornwithatailco@gmail.com and let us know why you'd like to make a return. If/when it is approved, we'll send you a return address for your order. All apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Returns must be shipped within 14 days for a full refund or exchange (sorry, we don't cover shipping at this time).
